Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?

Yes. Pro is billed month to month with no minimum term, and cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Yes — that's the intended path. Every tool works on the free plan with no account, so there's nothing to decide up front. Upgrading to Pro ($7.99/month) takes effect straight away, and nothing you've already done is affected.

What happens if I downgrade?

You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, then the account returns to the free plan. Every tool still works — the free tier's usage and file size limits apply again, and the Pro-only features stop.

Do you offer refunds?

Pro is billed month to month with no minimum term, so cancelling stops the next payment and you keep access until the period you've paid for runs out. If a charge looks wrong, email hello@kalyvor.com and we'll look into it with you.

How does the Team plan work?

Team isn't available yet. It will add shared workspaces, shared libraries, roles and permissions and centralized billing on top of everything in Pro. Tell us you're interested and we'll get in touch when it launches.
