Terms of Service

Kalyvor provides browser-based tools for working with files, text, images and other content, on a free tier and an optional paid ('Pro') tier with higher limits and additional tools.

You're responsible for the files and content you process through Kalyvor, and for making sure you have the right to use and process that content.

You agree not to use Kalyvor to:

• Upload or process content you don't have the legal right to use
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service
• Use the service to generate or distribute illegal content, malware, or material that infringes someone else's rights
• Circumvent plan limits or usage restrictions through automated abuse

You retain all rights to the files and content you upload or create using Kalyvor. We claim no ownership over it, and — as described in the Privacy Policy — files are deleted automatically once a job finishes rather than retained.

Free-tier tools are free to use, with the limits described on each tool's page. Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you choose until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings; cancelling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law.

Kalyvor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep tools online and reliable, but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for losses arising from downtime, a failed conversion, or a result that isn't fit for your particular purpose.

We may update these terms as the product changes; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate the acceptable-use terms above.
